Prior to April 29, 1891, the following circular was extensively distributed and advertised in the papers in North Texas, including Weatherford, to-wit:

“ Round trip excursion from Fort Worth to Seymour. Train leaves Union Depot, 9 a. m., Thursday, April 30, and returns May 2, spending the entire day, May 1, in Seymour. 82 the round trip from Fort Worth and all points up to Wichita Falls. 81 for round trip from Wichita Falls and Iowa Park. One and one-third fare will be sold on Texas & Pacific Railroad for round trip. First opportunity to buy property at public sale.…
