This cause is before the Court on plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed herein on July 9, 1981. Plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201, 2202 and 1343(3) (1976) for a purported class of recipients of Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 601 et seq.
