Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Clabby, J.), rendered April 24, 1995, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
On appeal the defendant contends that his plea of guilty should be vacated because the court did not adequately advise him of the rights he would be waiving or of the existence of potential defenses.
