PER CURIAM: *
Plaintiff-Appellant Brian Landry appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee G.C. Constructors, a Joint Venture (“G.C.”), on his negligence claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (“LHWCA”), 33 U.S.C. § 901, et seq. Because Landry fails to show in this “dual-capacity5’ case that G.C. as vessel owner assumed an obligation to make safe a condition caused by equipment controlled by G.C. as contractor, we AFFIRM.
