Although I disagree with the analysis employed in South Lafourche Levee District v. Jarreau, 15-0328 (La.App. 1 Cir. 3/30/16), 192 So.3d 214 and believe that it was wrongly decided with regard to the controlling statute for attorney fees, I am bound by its precedent and therefore concur.
