In an action to foreclose a mortgage on real property, in which a judgment of foreclosure and sale had been entered, and a judicial sale pursuant to the judgment held on June 7, 1972, the purchaser at the sale appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 15, 1972, which granted the separate motions of plaintiff and of defendant Northern Operating Corp. to set aside the sale.
