ORDER AND REASONS Before the Court is defendants Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”) and Union Carbide Corporation’s (“Union Carbide”) motion to sever plaintiffs’ claims.1 Plaintiffs oppose the motion.2 For the following reasons, the Court grants the motion, and severs each plaintiff’s claims.
