This Adversary relates to the bankruptcy case of Andrew Philopulos (“Debtor” or “Defendant”). Nite Lite Signs And Balloons, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “Nite Lite”) alleges that the Debtor, as an agent of Beginnings Inc., fraudulently issued a series of bad checks in violation of the Illinois Deceptive Practices Statute, 720 Ill.
