On May 8, 1928, the superior court,' following the recommendation of the master, entered an order or decree allowing the respective claims of four individual claimants of Ohio, viz., Schwartz, $1,242.50, Dudley, $1,512.90, Zaslavsky, $4,431.70, and Mitchell, $1,465, and also allowing two claims (consolidated and compromised by stipulation) of the State of Ohio in the sum of $50,000.
