Defendant-appellant Troy Culbertson (“Culbertson” or “defendant-appellant”), charged in a superseding indictment with various narcotics offenses, moves this Court pro se for leave to proceed informa pauperis and for appointment of counsel to pursue his interlocutory appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Johnson, J.).
