MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
INTRODUCTION
In this action for preliminary injunction, the Plaintiffs seek to enjoin the Defendant, Fairleigh Dickinson University (hereafter referred to as “FDU”) from closing the Fairleigh Dickinson University West Indies Laboratory, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “WIL”), and from wasting any of its assets.
