I. Overview
In the summer of 2012, GMAC Mortgage, LLC (“GMAC”) conducted a foreclosure sale of certain real property located at 193 Salem Street in Woburn, Massachusetts (the ‘Woburn Property”) through which GMAC conveyed the Woburn Property to Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”).
