There are two plaintiffs in error. Separate judgments were rendered against them, respectively, on separate applications to be relieved from double assessments on their property, respectively, but as the points involved in each and the evidence to support them were practically the same, they were heard at the same time by the trial court, and a single writ of error was awarded by this court, and the case has been heard here upon a. single record giving the proceedings in each case. *479No objection was made to the mode of procedure in this court.
