2Per curiam
Stephen Shakuur appeals the dismissal of his civil rights complaint by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. We will affirm the District Court’s order.

According to Shakuur’s complaint, on October 14, 2002, he was assaulted by a correctional officer at Currant-Fromhold Correctional Facility, a facility in the Philadelphia Prison System (PPS).
