Otero Prann (Otero), nos solicita mediante recurso de apelación presentado el 22 de mayo de 1996, que revoquemos la Sentencia Parcial emitida y notificada el 25 de abril de 1996 por el Tribunal de Primera Instancia, Sala Superior de Bayamón, Hon. Luis G. Quiñones, Juez. Dicha Sentencia Parcial decreta el divorcio entre la apelante y Javier Delbrey Rivera (Delbrey), por la causal de separación y permite la continuación del desfile de prueba para los efectos de adjudicar la patria potestad y custodia de los dos hijos…
