Petitioner Anthony Newton seeks review of Newton v. Caterpillar Financial Services Corp. , 209 So.3d 612 (Fla. 2d DCA 2016), on the ground that it expressly and directly conflicts with decisions of this Court and other district courts. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. For the reasons that follow, we find that loaders are dangerous instrumentalities and quash the district court decision below.
