OPINION OF THE COURT

WOLFE, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of one specifi cation of rape on divers occasions, four specifications of forcible sodomy (three of which were on divers occasions), and five specifications of assault consummated by battery (three of which were on divers occasions), in violation of Articles 120, 125, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 925, 928 (2000; 2006).
