ENTRY ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion for Summary Judgment”), filed by Patricia J. Lynn (“Creditor”) on December 10, 1997. George E. Cline (“Debtor”) filed a response (“Response”) to the Motion for Summary Judgement on January 9, 1998. The Creditor filed a reply (“Reply”) on January 20, 1998.
