Lin this criminal case, which has been consolidated by this court for opinion purposes, Defendant, Jerald C. Fowler, ap*652peals his sentences pursuant to his convictions for one count of sexual battery, two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, and failure to register as a sex offender, alleging constitutionally excessive sentences. For the following reasons, we affirm and amend Defendant’s sentences with instructions.
