This action was commenced on the 8th day of June, 1940, under sections 32-a to 32-f of the Erie County Tax Law, to foreclose a certificate of tax sale held by the plaintiff which certificate covered certain premises in the village of Depew, Erie county, N. Y.; the certificate number 14984 was sold at the Erie tax sale of 1928 to one Wiltsie and by mesne assignments subsequently became the property of the plaintiff in her capacity as executor.
