This is an action in equity, brought by a tenant against his landlord and two other persons for relief by way of injunction and damages. The action has been before in this court upon a former appeal, and will be found reported in 107 Wis. 273, 83 1ST. W. 288, where a judgment for the plaintiff, rendered upon the pleadings, was reversed, and the action sent back to the trial court for further proceedings.
