On February 10, 1903, Dorothy Schwitters filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of Woodford county a paper, which read as follows:

In the matter of the estate of Heiio Schwitters Deceased.
How comes Dorothy Schwitters in her own proper person and moves the court to appoint E. Magoon Barnes of Bacon, Illinois, as sole trustee under the last will of her deceased Husband, Heiio Schwitters, in place of James I. Kerr and Frank I.
