MONROE, J.

Plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment maintaining exceptions of no cause of action and dismissing their suit. The allegations upon which they rely, as disclosing a cause of action, are, substantially, as follows, to wit: That they (together with Dolly Deslouche) are the sole heirs of their aunt, Lola Grandehampt, deceased wife of Joseph Billis, who died intestate about February 23, 1907; that, in addition to her interest in the community which existed between her and her husband, decedent left a tract of land, which is described, and which she acquired by…
