Reeves, who was complainant in the lower court, and who appeals from a decree dismissing Ms bill, executed to the defendant, in April, 1886, an absolute conveyance, with covenants of warranty, of a certain lot in the city of Montgomery, upon wMch were located several bouses. The grantor resided in one of them and he continued to occupy it, under a contract of rental, and to pay rent therefor to • the grantee, for more than six years.
