1Opinion of the CourtMiller-Lerman, J.

I. NATURE OF CASE

Donna Eggleston, as special administrator of the estate of Lydia M. Mullis, appeals the order of the district court for Otoe County imposing a constructive trust on one bank account referred to as “account 547-745” but not on any other account owned by Mullis at her death. Eggleston asserts that the court erred in failing to impose a constructive trust on all of Mullis’ assets. Ardeith L. Kovacich cross-appeals and asserts that the court erred in imposing a constructive trust on account 547-745. For reasons that differ from those of the district court, we affirm.
