This is a vehicular homicide case in which Steven Warden, the defendant, was convicted for the manslaughter of Stephen David Pearl. Sentence was eight years' imprisonment. Three issues are raised on appeal.

The defendant argues that photographs of a highway exit ramp were erroneously admitted in evidence because they were based on the hearsay testimony of the State Trooper who investigated the homicide. We disagree.
