Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Delaware County (Estes, J.), entered April 20, 1994, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, to modify a prior visitation order, and (2) from an order of said court, entered April 20, 1994, which held respondent in contempt of court.
Petitioner is the paternal grandmother of Lesley Beers (born in September 1986) and respondent is the child’s mother. Respondent and the child’s father were separated and in 1990, after the father was incarcerated, petitioner sought visitation.…
