Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the County Court, Suffolk County (Cohen, J.), imposed March 9, 2016, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.

At the plea proceeding, the County Court clearly advised the defendant that its sentencing promise was conditional, and that it would be free to impose an enhanced sentence in the event that the defendant violated one or more of the conditions.
