SUMMARY ORDER
Plaintiff-Appellant Byron Lawson (“Lawson”) appeals from the October 22, 2010 judgment of the District Court granting summary judgment to defendants-ap-pellees, Rochester City School District (the “School District”) and Superintendent William C. Cala, and dismissing Lawson’s civil rights, race discrimination, and “stigma-plus” claims brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1988.
