Appellant Eugene Singleton was indicted in Bamberg County for first degree burglary, armed robbery, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and criminal conspiracy. After a trial, a jury convicted Singleton of first degree burglary and criminal conspiracy.
