This case involves the continuous and uninterrupted transportation of the same intoxicating liquor from Huron county to the adjoining county of Sandusky. Having been indicted and sentenced for that offense in Sandusky county, the defendants, E. H. Shimman and Ralph Eldridge, were again indicted for the same offense in Huron county. A plea in bar was interposed setting forth those facts, claiming they were being placed twice in jeopardy for the same offense.
