Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lewis, J.), rendered February 3, 2004, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, possession of burglar’s tools, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denied (Grosso, J.), after a hearing (Demakos, J.H.O.), of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
