MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

On December 18, 2009, the plaintiffs, Thomas Lee and Gloria Lee, filed a complaint seeking to compel coverage and recover damages as the result of an alleged breach of an insurance contract by the defendant, the AIG Casualty Company. The plaintiffs claim that the defendant failed to properly notify them of the cancellation of their automobile insurance pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 38a-343(a).
