R.S. 14:69(B)(1), and three counts of illegal drug possession, including one count of possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, Hydrocodone (Count 6), a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(C), and two counts of possession of Schedule IV controlled dangerous substances, Alprazolam and Barbital (Counts 7 & 8), each a violation of La. R.S. 40:969(C).
