Error from Stafford District Court. Action by The State against School District No. 25, in Stafford county, to establish the liability of the defendant district upon certain bonds and coupons issued by School District No. 58, in Barton county. Trial at the December Term, 1881, of the district court, and judgment for the plaintiff. The defendant brings the case to this court. The opinion states the facts.
