Appellant, Arnold Flicker, takes this appeal for review of his conviction for first degree murder for which he was sentenced to life.

Flicker and six others including his wife and his son, David, were charged with first degree murder of Vivian Oyler. Prior to trial herein, Flicker’s wife was discharged while his son, David, in exchange for State’s evidence was sentenced and served less than a year.
