Pending before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendant USFilter Recovery Services (Mid-Atlantic), Inc. (“USFilter”) (Docket # 20). William Singley brought suit against USFilter claiming that he was terminated at age 60 in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and in violation of Arkansas public policy.
