Plaintiffs/appellants Eulane Gibson, Joh-netta Gibson, Jonathan Matthews, and Richard Byrd moved to enlarge the time for service of process on defendants/appel-lees Curtis Freeman and GEICO Insurance Company. The trial judge denied the motion, and the trial court dismissed the complaint pursuant to Super. Ct. Civ.
