Appellant appeals his conviction for selling cocaine in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. He was sentenced to a mandatory life sentence pursuant to OCGA § 16-13-30 (d).

As part of an undercover investigation conducted on June 20, 1991, two agents with the East Metro Drug Enforcement Team went to an apartment complex for the purpose of buying drugs. The agents were dressed in civilian clothes and drove an unmarked car equipped with a hidden video camera.
