The plaintiffs in error, referred to in this opinion as the defendants, were jointly charged with Robert Allen, Effie Bentley, and Ethel Wooten, of the crime of conjoint robbery; were convicted, and the defendant J. B. Bentley sentenced to the penitentiary at McAlester for a term of 16 years, and the defendant Bill Wooten was sentenced to the state penitentiary for a term of 12 years. Both defendants have appealed from the judgment and sentence to this court.
