Gilberto Gomez appeals his 652-month sentence imposed after his conviction by a jury of drug-trafficking and firearms offenses in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 & 846 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 924 (c) & 2. On appeal, Gomez contends that the district court improperly enhanced his sentence by applying a two-level adjustment pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3B1.1(c), which he claims is inapplicable here because he was not an "organizer, leader, manager, or supervisor" in the underlying criminal activities.
