In this mandamus proceeding the relators, Bradford Gainer, A. P. Walker, Shirley McKown, Minnie L. Grimm, Lena Snider and C. D. Haddox, seek to require the County Court of Calhoun County to appoint a list of Republican primary election officials to serve at the pri mary to be held on August 2, 1938, tendered and filed with it, by them as the Republican County Executive Committee of Calhoun County on the 11th day of July, 1938.
