T1 Plaintif{/Appellant, the law firm of Ward & Lee, P.L.C., appeals from the trial court's order denying the firm's petition for declaratory relief brought pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 0.98.2011 § 24A.1 et seq. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
