(after stating the facts as above). The most important question raised by this appeal is whether, under a charter providing that “charterers are to furnish cargo alongside steamer within reach of steamer’s tackles as fast as steamer can load in suitable hours and weather,” evidence was admissible that it was customary at the loading ports to load cargo into one or two hatches at a time, although the ship was prepared to receive at four hatches.
