The Louisiana State Supreme Court in Clyde Snider, Jr. Et Ux. v. Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company, Et al., 13-579, (La.12/10/13), 130 So.3d 922, reversed this court’s decision in which we found the jury committed legal error in rendering a verdict finding Dr. Yue did not commit medical malpractice. It then remanded the case for this court to consider all of Plaintiffs’ assignments of error including those not previously addressed by this court.
