This action was brought by the appellee lumber company against the appellant and the appellee executrix of the last will of Robert H. Colt, deceased, on an account for material furnished and labor performed by said company for defendants in the construction of a greenhouse on appellant’s premises, and to foreclose a mechanic’s lien on said house and premises.
