This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Probate Court of Franklin County overruling a motion of Paul J. McDonald seeking an order removing Chester A. Mioklethwaite as coadministrator of the estate of Dennis Raymond Kelly and appointing McDonald as coadministrator.
