This case comes before us on appeals from an interlocutory decree overruling exceptions to and confirming a master’s report and from a final decree granting relief to the plaintiff. The facts alleged in the bill and admitted by the answer are that the plaintiff on April 24, 1931, executed and delivered to the Highland Trust Company, hereafter called the trust company, a mortgage of real estate in Cambridge owned by her to secure her note for $10,000 payable on April 24, 1934, the note and mortgage being held by the savings department of the trust company.
