Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered November 20, 2003, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree in satisfaction of an indictment charging him with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. County Court imposed the agreed-upon prison sentence of IV2 to 3 years. On defendant’s appeal, we affirm.
