In 1988, the appellant, Jerry Paul Henderson, was found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to death. We affirmed.Henderson v. State, 583 So.2d 276 (Ala.Crim.App. 1990). The Alabama Supreme Court affirmed our judgment, Ex parte Henderson,583 So.2d 305 (Ala. 1991), and the United States Supreme Court denied the appellant's petition for certiorari review. Hendersonv.
